Looking for hard body scrubs? Here are some of my favourite body scrubs.
It all comes down to personal preference, of course, but some people prefer lighter to harder body scrubs. Personally, I like feeling the grains work (and jokingly, I say I like to lose half a kilo each time I indulge in this twice weekly ritual.
In no particular order, here are some of my favourite body scrubs.

Ouai scalp and body scrub
It felt very weird to use a scrub in my scalp but I really enjoyed using this product and I use it once a week. It is actually fabulous as a body scrub too (with enough grit).

Kylie Skin Coconut Body Scrub
Costs £27 from Selfridges, Harrods, Nordstrom
If you are looking for face scrub ideas, here are my current favourites:
Bamford refining face exfoliator

Apivita face scrub with olive oil

I will be adding more body and face scrubs as I try them (and like them!). If you would like to recommend a favourite, just let me know!
