Returning to Mallorca was, as expected, almost magic. There is something about this island – very relaxed, but also quite chic, and also very pleasant to the eye. I like the variety that it offers – you can be in places where you see no one, you can do some decent shopping, the food is incredible and the sea is so beautiful, you can’t quite believe you are in Europe.

I am a great believer that one cannot have too much Italy in one’s life. This time, I headed to the very south of Italy, to the heel of the boot and discovered a wonderful place: Puglia.
