After British Airways, Qatar Airways is our airline of choice unless we are flying stateside. Despite being a relatively young airline, it serves all six continents and over 140 destinations with the home airport and hub of the company at Hamad International Airport in Doha, the State of Qatar.
We’ve been flying with Qatar Airways for almost ten years now, and have had a consistently high-quality experience with the majority of our flights. The staff in the airport lounges and on the flights are always exceptionally polite and friendly, service is always personalised and luxurious, and the in-flight dining experience in particular is outstanding.
Qatar Airways has recently joined Oneworld which many of my other favourite airlines are a part of, and also recently received a 5-Star COVID-19 Airline Safety Rating from Skytrax.
