Photos of the week – Street Vendors

Another Friday, another #FriFotos on twitter. This week’s topic is “street vendors” – very cool!

Whenever I go somewhere, I love going to little street markets and even supermarkets – I am a marketer and love seeing how the same products are sold differently in other countries, and also like to see what local delicassies I can bring back home.

As you know, food is one of my favourite things in the world – I have been known to drive 200km just to get to a particular restaurant. My parents were the same.. go figure!

I love getting lost in the streets of Paris and loved this little street we found in the Marais, one of my favourite areas in the city.

Union Square is also one of my special places in New York. I love the market they have on every weekend, which turns into a Christmas market at the right time of the year. Again, it is great to see real ingredients available in the Big Apple.

Lastly, my favourite picture of the week, taken in one of my trips to Cuba. I love this place and I will write about it soon. There were some really cool pieces there and I regret not getting any. Maybe I need to go back :)

I hope you like the new-look website and have a fantastic week, wherever you may be!
